Warwick Crest

Welcome to Warwick Crest Edgbaston, built in 1962, and designed by Birmingham architect John Madin. Read more about Warwick Crest here.

This website has been created by the Warwick Crest Freeholder & Leaseholder Action Group (WC-FLAG) for two main reasons:

  1. to closely monitor, and challenge when necessary, the Board of Warwick Crest Limited and the Managing Agents MetroPM, to make sure WC remains one of the best places to live in Birmingham.
  2. to bring residents together to encourage a good social, neighbourly atmosphere at WC through regular get togethers.

If you own a flat or rent here then please register your details to keep up-to-date with all that’s going on and to be able to report any faults or concerns, which we will forward on to the Managing Agents and current Directors for you. We will try to use this website as a tool on behalf of all residents to make sure all concerns are dealt with in a timely manner.

For the latest information on matters relating to Warwick Crest and the local area please visit our news page.

We also hope to create a few social get togethers once Covid restrictions are lifted! So watch this space.
